The Holt Group, Inc., founded in 1984 by Robert K. Holt and James "Jack" Holt, is an Engineering and Planning firm staffed with 38 well-qualified employees, many of whom have been with the company for over a decade or more. The Holt Group, Inc. provides Civil Engineering, Surveying, Construction Management and Inspection, Planning, Environmental, Grant Writing and Administration, Housing Program Administration, Labor Standards Compliance, and Lead-Based Paint Testing to a variety of municipal, institutional and private sector Clients. Our fundamental business strategy at The Holt Group is building long-term Client relationships. With over 25 years in the industry, we have attracted and maintained well respected Clients in numerous sectors by providing a combination of superior customer service and an unparalled quality of work. The majority of work - roughly 80 percent - is preformed for repeat clients. Our team of talented employees currently consists of Professional Engineers registered in Cailfornia, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Michigan and Mexico, Land Surveyors registered in California and Arizona, and Planners certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) with the experience necessary to complete any job, large or small, on time and whithin budget.
